Responsibilities

Retirement and compensation system data validation and oversight using Orrick and outside systems to support administration and recordkeeping

Project management of retirement plan audits, plan reviews, and regulatory filings

Technology application management of Comp Analyst and CompXL tools, supporting system updates and reporting needs

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving data or system issues in Empower, Payroll, Comp Analyst, and CompXL platforms

Support process improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and increased efficiency in back-end operations
