Required

Actively enrolled in an Engineering Bachelor's Degree program, at an accredited institution
Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship, now and in the future
Relocation is not provided for this role. All candidates must currently, or throughout the duration of this Internship, reside within 50 miles of Eaton's Lincoln, IL. facility

Preferred

Engineering major in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering and technology
Prior internship or co-op experience
Completion of sophomore year by the start of internship
Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
The summer internship culminates with a formal presentation where students showcase their success stories to leaders of the organization and receive feedback on their performance
