Perinatal Psychologist (Assistant Professor) - San Antonio, TX
Baylor College of Medicine is a premier academic health science center, and they are seeking a full-time Perinatal Psychologist to join the Division of Maternal Mental Health at CHRISTUS Children's in San Antonio. The psychologist will provide outpatient integrated behavioral health services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and supervise residents and interns while also engaging in research and program development.

Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based outpatient integrated behavioral health services to women and partners in the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic during pregnancy and the postpartum period
Participate in multidisciplinary teams working with families expecting fetuses with congenital anomalies and preparing for surgery after delivery
Provide inpatient consultations/interventions to labor and delivery units as needed
Work collaboratively with OB/MFM, Psychiatry, and Social Work to establish treatment plans during perinatal and postnatal periods
Program development regarding NICU services for parent support
Program development regarding developmental and cognitive testing for children aged 0-3 born with medical complexities
Supervise pediatric and psychiatry residents and psychology fellows and interns
Qualification
Required
Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology at APA-accredited programs
Completed an APA-accredited psychology internship
At least two years of relevant clinical experience in perinatal mental health or women's health (a formal postdoctoral fellowship is preferred)
Licensed or license-eligible in Texas
Preferred
Spanish-speaker is strongly preferred, although not required
