Analyze supplier performance and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of purchasing leadership experience in food distribution
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of Buyers and Category Manager
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business objectives
