Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, families, case managers, and medical professionals, to coordinate care
Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in clinical practice
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
Fully licensed or on track for licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC in the state of MN
Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience
Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
