Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders — consult on talent needs, workforce trends, and recruiting best practices
Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational priorities
Influence and educate stakeholders on talent market dynamics and data-driven recruiting strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from individual contributors to senior-level hires, across multiple departments
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent through proactive networking, referrals, and direct sourcing
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Wingstop’s culture and values
Partner with the People Analytics and teams to enhance pipeline visibility and engagement
Drive operational excellence in the recruiting process — ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the candidate journey
Use data and insights to track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements
Mentor and support junior recruiters; share best practices across the team
Contribute to special projects (e.g., new ATS implementation, interview training, or general recruiting initiatives)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), preferably within multi-unit, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands
Experience hiring across corporate functions (HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Supply Chain)
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strong sourcing and networking skills; experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
