Responsibilities
Manage and review international, federal, state and local tax filings for multiple private equity funds and related entities
Oversee preparation of Schedule K-1s, partnership returns and other investor tax reporting deliverables
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely and accurate filings
Monitor tax law changes and assess their impact on fund structures and operations
Support transaction structuring from a tax perspective, including acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations
Maintain and improve internal tax compliance processes and controls
Assist with tax planning strategies to optimize fund and investor outcomes
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, if applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
CPA required
5-10 years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm or private equity firm
