0+ years expDel Mar College - Corporate Services is seeking a Grant-Funded Testing Specialist for the Adult Education program. The role involves overseeing testing processes, including proctor training, administration of tests, and score processing.
Responsibilities
Administer and monitor CASAS and GED practice test exams, in line with required testing protocols
Compile and review student score reports, including the uploading of score reports to individual student files, emailing student scores to the individual, and reviewing score reports to make a course recommendation for the individual
Monitor students’ class time hours using TEAMS data reports and send out notice of required testing once students complete sufficient class time hours
Complete paper forms and tracking spreadsheets to ensure proper monitoring and recording of test takers
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
Six (6) months related experience
Proficient with Computers and Microsoft applications
Experience working with confidential data
Strong customer service skills
