Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for underground cable installation projects
Lead and support field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Plan, schedule, and manage materials, equipment, and manpower to achieve project goals and client satisfaction

Qualification

Underground construction experienceSafety cultureLeadership skillsOSHA 30-hour certificationFirst Aid/CPR certificationConfined-space certificationReading electrical drawingsMicrosoft Office proficiencyTechnical trainingManagement training

Required

8+ years of underground construction experience, preferably conduit, duct bank, or cable installation for power or communication systems
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proven ability to lead and develop field crews while fostering a strong safety and quality culture
Ability to read and interpret civil and electrical drawings, site plans, and one-line diagrams; proficiency in Microsoft Office and field reporting tools
Travel required

Preferred

Technical or management training preferred
OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and confined-space certifications (preferred)
