SGI is a company in the luxury goods industry, and they are seeking a senior Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to support the rollout of an existing global D365 Finance template to U.S. finance teams. This role will involve configuring finance modules, delivering functional guidance on finance processes, and ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of core finance processes.

Responsibilities

Support U.S. key users through the rollout of a global D365 Finance template

Configure, test, and validate core Finance modules ( GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Projects, Tax )

Deliver functional guidance on finance processes including P2P, OTC, and R2R

Facilitate user training sessions and provide hands-on support during deployment

Troubleshoot functional issues and work with global teams on solution design

Ensure alignment with global finance standards and template architecture

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve finance workflows

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics ERPD365 Finance modulesFinance processesERP rolloutsCommunication

Required

10+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365 F&O or AX)

Deep functional expertise in D365 Finance modules

Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles

Experience supporting or leading ERP rollouts or global template deployments

Ability to work with finance teams, key users, and global IT stakeholders

Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex finance processes clearly

Preferred

Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods

Previous work with global organizations or multi-entity ERP environments
