Develop, lead and measure long-term strategy and key initiatives for the company’s charitable giving portfolio and community engagement, including two nonprofit foundations: The Kroger Co. Foundation and The Kroger Co. Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Foundation
Manage the overall community impact strategy and day-to-day operations and philanthropic accounts
Lead grant-making aligned with the company’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste mission and key focus areas to achieve measurable positive results and enhance the company’s reputation
Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
