Responsibilities
Lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts and captures for next-generation capabilities
Execute development and proof of concept projects, and bid and proposal activities
Demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security
Qualification
Required
Secret
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
12+ years Program Management, technical leadership, or other relevant work experience
Experience leading mid/large teams on development efforts of significant complexity
Discipline experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines
Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
Demonstrated program/project management skills with a strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures
Experience leading software development and integration efforts with familiarity and experience with current development strategies and approaches
Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and applying Risk and Opportunity Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be cleared to Top Secret
