Responsibilities
Lead Logik business process review sessions to identify user stories, requirements, and opportunities for automation
Design and implement advanced Logik solutions, leveraging its capabilities for document automation, contract lifecycle management, and workflow optimization
Configure and build solutions on the Logik platform, ensuring alignment with client business needs and operational goals
Facilitate business process reviews to streamline client workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance operational efficiency using Logik
Oversee unit, system, and end-user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and perform reliably
Provide end-user training and create documentation for solution adoption and long-term success
Manage project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables for overall projects or specific workstreams, with a focus on Logik implementations
Qualification
Required
College degree or equivalent experience required
4+ years of experience in technology consulting
Proficient in document lifecycle management, contract automation, and workflow optimization processes
Understanding of Logik functionalities, including document generation, redlining, approval workflows, and integration capabilities
Hands-on experience with Logik configuration, including setting up workflows, templates, and integrations with CRM or ERP systems
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and complementary platforms like CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or B2B Commerce
Experience in managing status, timelines, and risks at the program or workstream level for Logik-focused projects
Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables specific to Logik implementations
Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Ability to travel to client sites 30–50%
Preferred
Logik certifications (if available) or demonstrated expertise in the platform preferred
