Responsibilities

Be part of building a new culture of following SAFe Agile practices where it is a relatively new practice

Contribute to developing and executing a transition plan to migrate from traditional workflows to SAFe

Plan and facilitate PI events; manage program board, risks/ROAM, and predictability metrics

Develop and maintain a SAFe implementation roadmap that includes metrics and reporting

Coach Scrum Masters/POs; standardize flow, WIP policies, and inspect‑and‑adapt outcomes

Partner with PM/Chief Engineer on objectives and value realization; steward continuous improvement

Coordinate with security/compliance on delivery controls and traceability

Required

Active TS/SCI security clearance

5+ years implementing SAFe at program/portfolio scale; proven Agile Release Train facilitation
