Law Practice

Responsibilities

Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys

Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion

Develop and implement litigation strategy

Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice

Work directly with firm senior management team and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution

Use focus groups to improve outcomes

Negotiate settlements

Complete depositions

Conduct Jury trials

Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills

Required

5+ years' experience as a Litigation Attorney

J.D. from an ABA accredited law school

Ability to manage a large caseload and push cases to the finish line

Health insurance coverage: Employer pays ¾ of the premium for the individual health plan. Eligibility begins 30 days from the date of hire.
