Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to design workflows and automation flows for high-throughput autonomous manufacturing, ensuring efficient operation across robotic and automated cells.

Responsibilities
Design factory workflows, takt times, station layouts, buffers, and material flow models for autonomous manufacturing
Model throughput, constraints, and system-level interactions to ensure deterministic, high-performance operation
Collaborate with robotics, automation, controls, and scheduling systems to build synchronized, reliable processes
Validate system performance through simulation, analysis, and on-floor iteration of automated cells
Qualification
Required
Experience designing manufacturing workflows, automation cells, or factory-scale systems with rigorous throughput and reliability requirements
Ability to model system behavior — bottlenecks, buffers, cycle times, and process interactions — and drive toward optimized designs
Strong cross-functional instincts, working comfortably with robotics, automation, controls, and systems engineering
Systems-oriented mindset and comfort owning complex physical workflows from concept to operational readiness
