As a Learning & Development intern, you’ll gain valuable experience in planning and supporting company-wide training initiatives, communicating with senior leadership, and analyzing and reporting program impact.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, coordinating, updating, and the delivery of Learning & Development programs, such as Inclusion & Belonging, Accountability, Decision Making, HR compliance programs, and/or other skills-based programs

Collaborate with the Training team to evaluate employee skill growth and program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement

Strengthen your professional communication skills by crafting clear, concise, and engaging information with key stakeholders and global employees regarding program changes, requirements, and updates

Utilize a multitude of platforms, such as email and PowerPoint presentations

Monitor and record employee engagement and learning impact of the L&D programs via Excel and Flexco’s online Learning Management System

Compile and present findings from reports to the Training manager and discuss solutions for program enhancements

Update existing procedures, instructions, and forms while taking initiative to create new materials that support current and future Training team members and employees

Support employees and Training team members by attending virtual training sessions related to L&D programs
