Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities with top-tier beauty and luxury brands in the U.S. market
Manage Custom Projects: Lead the full lifecycle of client projects — from brief selection to delivery — coordinating internal design, sourcing, and logistics teams, as well as external partners
Protect Profitability: Work closely with procurement to optimize pricing strategies while maintaining healthy margins
Build Strong Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative and ethical solutions aligned with their brand vision
Champion Sustainability: Collaborate with our design and innovation teams to promote eco-designed products and sustainable practices within the luxury sector
Analyze & Report: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in beauty, luxury, or packaging industries
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
