Responsibilities

Generate customer invoices timely and accurately
Bill invoices, rebills, and credits to the customer
Review monthly revenue generated by invoices
Create purchase requisitions, obtain approvals, and submit proof of delivery
Enter payroll data, including hours worked, vacation, & sick pay
Support ad-hoc requests, reports, and projects as requested

Above average Microsoft Office application skills, specifically in Excel
Experience with Microsoft ERP software highly desirable

Able to handle a large workload under time constraints and tough circumstances
Organized
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
4-year degree and billing experience preferred, but not required
An analytical mind with good math skills
Good knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll (such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act or FLSA)

Preferred

Diploma/BSc/ BA in accounting, finance or relevant field not required but is a PLUS
CPP or FPC certification a PLUS
