Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives
Oversee a team of PMOs to ensure proper implementation of all project management aspects
Liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions
Take ownership and accountability with little guidance
Handle multiple projects at a time under time constraint
Creatively find simple solutions to complex problems
Effectively communicate in a clear and succinct fashion to address a senior leadership audience
Produce financial models and interpret financial statements
Influence others within a different hierarchical organization
Be proficient in MS Office and skilled at producing visuals on decks and memos
Determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management
Research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decisions
Work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent field
9+ Years Relevant business planning, project and financial experience
9+ Years Experience working with complaint standards to include monitoring and evaluating
9+ Years Experience working with Analytics and providing process recommendations
Advanced knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination, process/product review initiatives and the development of management information requirements for related business functions
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
Ability to determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management
Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously
Ability to research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decisions
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry: products, services, operational policies, and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of risk management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Preferred
Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
Experience in Microsoft Office products
