Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions
Set up and calibrate CNC horizontal milling machines
Load and secure materials and fixtures for machining processes
Program, adjust, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to specifications
Perform quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring tools
Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Document production reports and machining data
Qualification
Required
Proven experience operating CNC horizontal mills
Knowledge of G-code programming and CNC machine operation
Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of safety regulations in machining environments
