The role involves reviewing substation drawings, preparing technical reports, collaborating with teams, and troubleshooting electrical issues.

Responsibilities
Review substation drawings and conduct point-to-point checks
Participate in the preparation of technical reports and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success
Perform data analysis and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues, following all applicable safety regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Education or 1-5 years of experience in the power industry
Desire to continuously gain understanding of power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution
Troubleshooting skills in protection and control, automation, HMI, or relay networks
Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions
Excellent listening, reading, communication (technical, written, & verbal), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
NETA certification or willingness to obtain, preferred but not required
Ability to travel to alternate sites for long periods (for training or support), preferred
