Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to all visitors, employees, and vendors
Managing access control for authorized personnel and guests
Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of activities, visitors, and packages
Monitoring security cameras and conducting patrols to deter theft and ensure safety
Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies, documenting and reporting all findings
Performing additional duties as assigned by site management or ISM leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid state-issued driver's license
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or door staff roles
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, patrolling on foot, climbing stairs, and working in varied weather conditions
Preferred
Overnight and weekend availability strongly preferred
Prior experience in a security, law enforcement, or safety role a plus
