Responsibilities

Support the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of asset-backed lending (ABL), structured credit, and corporate financing opportunities for the Global Direct Lending Group

Assist in evaluating various financing transactions and debt capital needs for both public and private funds including BDCs, interval funds, comingled funds, SMAs, and fund of ones

Work closely with fund portfolio managers, internal credit, legal, and other internal groups throughout the deal lifecycle

Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing liability management efforts

Maintain market intelligence on emerging financing solutions and market trends

Required

5-8 years of experience in structured finance, direct lending, or specialty finance, with a strong focus on asset-backed facilities

Finance and financial services background

Strong analytical and structuring skills, with fluency in fund return modeling specific to leverage transactions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders under tight deadlines
