Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across two warehouse hubs, managing hourly teams responsible for receiving, picking, and cleaning
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Quality, and Real Estate
Monitor KPIs such as safety incidents, productivity, and outbound/inbound performance
Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management, including coaching and corrective actions
Ensure visibility and engagement across both sites through regular visits and hands-on leadership
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (Minimum Qualification)
Minimum of 5 years in logistics leadership
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational results
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours
Preferred
Experience in CPG or food industry
