Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships and negotiating supply and service agreements across multiple equipment types, with particular emphasis on O&M services, long-term service agreements (LTSAs), warranties, and performance guarantees
Supporting procurement decisions that consider operability, maintainability, availability, and total cost of ownership across the project lifecycle
Conducting international market research and supporting operational risk mitigation, including supply chain, regulatory, and performance risks that impact long-term asset management
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across executive leadership, legal, development, finance, construction, operations, and asset management teams to ensure alignment between EPC execution and long-term asset strategy
Supporting portfolio-wide needs by helping standardize procurement strategies, scopes of work, and commercial terms that enable efficient handoff from construction to operations
Qualification
Required
A demonstrated history of academic and professional achievement, with at least four years of relevant experience, is required
Highly collaborative individuals with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, organizational acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects will excel in this role
The ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, identify, track, and communicate project plan steps and actions, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet fixed deadlines and objectives is critical
Preferred
An undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience interfacing with or supporting O&M providers, asset management teams, or long-term service strategies is strongly preferred
Coursework or experience in finance, economics, or project management, and/or a PMP certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma, is a plus
