Draft pleadings such as complaints, answers, and motions, including dispositive motions
Prepare for and attend depositions
Occasional travel may be required based on business needs
Qualification
Required
Prior litigation experience
Exceptional research and writing abilities
Strong academic record
Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills with both colleagues and clients
Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda that inform case strategy and client advisement
Prepare and respond to written discovery requests including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
Draft pleadings such as complaints, answers, and motions, including dispositive motions
Prepare for and attend depositions
Admission to the Connecticut Bar or eligibility to obtain admission
Preferred
Judicial clerkship or one to three years of experience
Admission to the New York Bar
