They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment or products, primarily pumps and metering pumps, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment or devices
Disassemble units and replace, adjust, or repair parts
Document work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used
Communicate with customers or internal teams about repair status and recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Keep up-to-date with new products and repair techniques
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus
Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role
Strong mechanical and/or electronic troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (if applicable)
Preferred
Certification in relevant trade or technical field (e.g., CompTIA A+, HVAC certification, ASE certification)
Experience with inventory management systems and repair ticketing software
Experience in Profit 21 a plus
Valid driver's license (if field work is involved)
