Responsibilities

Administer and configure Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) including workflows, permissions, and automation
Manage Alteryx Server workflows, user roles, and interface enhancements; collaborate on ETL pipeline optimization
Create and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI; support data migration and governance
Support Power BI workspace access, dataset refreshes, and integration with other tools; assist with report governance and infrastructure updates

Required

3+ years of relevant experience in system administration, configuration, and integration using tools like Atlassian, Alteryx, and Power BI
Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting (e.g., Python), and automation tools such as Alteryx or Power Automate, and performance tuning
Strong understanding of user access management, role-based permissions, and application security

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree and certifications in Jira Administration, SQL, Power BI, or related tools
