Responsibilities

Support the Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice to assist with real estate finance transactions
Negotiate and draft mortgage loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and manage closing checklists
Oversee closing documents and other fundamental real estate transaction documents
Engage in a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, retail and ground leasing, financing, construction, development, and joint ventures

Required

3–6 years of broad transactional real estate experience
Demonstrated experience with mortgage debt financing transactions (preferably borrower-side) and purchase/sale transactions
Leasing and joint venture experience a plus
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working independently
Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction you are practicing
