Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs
Implement and configure large language models (LLMs) for Salesforce agents to enable intelligent, autonomous solutions
Develop custom components, templates, and integrations for Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem
Translate complex business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions and AI-driven Salesforce agents
Guide customers in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce and AI-powered agents
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Salesforce AI and Agentforce experience
Proven experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, APIs)
Expertise in REST API and other Salesforce technologies
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to bridge business needs with advanced AI capabilities within Salesforce
Preferred
Experience with data strategy, data quality, and governance for AI initiatives
Knowledge of implementing and optimizing AI agents within Salesforce environments
Familiarity with large language models and their integration into enterprise platforms
Experience in developing intelligent, autonomous solutions using AI/ML
Strong communication skills for guiding customers through technical adoption
