Responsibilities

Manage the cadence of key meetings, including preparing materials for the executive Steering Committee, and ensure decisions are documented and communicated effectively

Set up and manage the program management toolset, building standardized reports and dashboards, and training initiative leaders on processes

Drive internal communications, coordinate recognition programs, and help foster a culture of positive, sustainable change

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a PMO, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment

Proven experience in running governance forums, preparing executive-level presentations, and managing program-level reporting

Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) and collaboration tools

Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities

US Citizenship required

Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance

Must be able to work out of the office in Carlsbad, CA

Up to 10% travel

Preferred

Direct experience supporting a large-scale business transformation

Experience in the Aerospace & Defense or Technology industries

PMP or related certification

Formal experience with change management methodologies
