Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Manage and secure Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD, identity management, and conditional access policies
Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management
Deploy and oversee Microsoft Purview to ensure compliance, data governance, and information protection
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service availability
Automate tasks and configurations using PowerShell or similar scripting tools
Provide user training and support to maximize adoption of Microsoft solutions
Collaborate with IT teams and business units to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions
Stay current on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview updates and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview environments
Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, including conditional access and MFA
Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device management
Deep understanding of compliance and governance features within Microsoft Purview
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent
Experience in hybrid environments integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft cloud solutions
Familiarity with enterprise data governance and advanced compliance scenarios
