Handling routine inspections
Creating a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained home for residents
Qualification
Required
Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience
1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent
Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Basic computer and communication skills
Preferred
EPA 608 and CPO certifications
