Responsibilities
Manage HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community
Serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year
Perform building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades
Ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes meet the Gables Standard
Qualification
Required
Resourceful learners with a knack for solving mechanical challenges
Experience in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs
Flexible to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
Task-oriented and punctual, comfortable working through day-to-day tasks while meeting required deadlines
Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades
Committed to the community's overall appearance and motivated to ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard
