Responsibilities

Lead a team of FP&A professionals in providing decision support to business leaders and driving the company’s financial planning processes
Lead the fiscal year planning process, including managing work plans, schedules, and executive presentations
Partner with the VP of Finance, Business FP&A, Strategy, and Operations teams to oversee the annual budget and long-range planning processes
Oversees month-end and year-end financial analysis, collaborating with operations and corporate departments to understand trends, variances, and their impact on business objectives. Prepare and present key insights to leadership
Own and maintain the company’s financial models, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Capital models, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Working closely with key business leaders, develop and implement pricing strategies, including models and documentation for products and services, while analyzing the financial impact of pricing changes, contract negotiations, and customer profitability
Oversee investment decisions ensuring robust business cases and accurate financial estimates
Develop and implement a management reporting framework, including scorecards and KPIs, to support strategic and operational goals
Identify risks and business opportunities, providing recommendations for action, including financial analysis for new services, products, and expansion opportunities
Develop and document financial policies and processes, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with corporate guidelines
Drive automation and scalability of the FP&A function by implementing efficient financial systems and processes, supporting the enterprise ERP system
Manage and optimize financial planning tools ensuring efficiency and continuous development
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team by recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and fostering professional development
Training needs, develop work plans and conduct performance evaluations
Fields business and client financial requests as necessary
Performs related duties as assigned

Required

Requires broad training in fields such as finance, business administration, accountancy, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, financial statement analysis, and budgeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Expertise in financial planning tools, with experience implementing and supporting enterprise-wide financial systems
Advanced proficiency in EPM systems (eg Hyperion Planning), ERP systems (Sage preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a cross-functional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to attract, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial insights and drive business decisions
