Responsibilities
Set up and adjust folding machines to meet customer specifications
Maintain quality standards for folding, printing, and gumming
Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records
Work closely with operators and adjusters to ensure production goals are met
Keep machines clean, safe, and running smoothly
Support team members and communicate effectively across shifts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
1 - 2 years experience as an Envelope Adjuster
Ability to read a ruler and use basic math skills
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and work at heights up to 15 ft
Preferred
Mechanical experience (machine adjusting or mechanics preferred)
