Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems
Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Investigate and analyze quality issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action
Support new product introductions through process validation, control plans, and risk assessments
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues
Prepare quality reports and present metrics to management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Engineering, Quality, or related field
2+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar role (experience in composite manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of quality and manufacturing standards and methodologies (i.e., AS9100, NADCAP)
Experience with quality tools such as root cause analysis techniques
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
