Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to professional ethics, industry standards, and regulatory compliance including MMA policies and Missouri state licensing laws
Coordinate and prepare quarterly client reporting packages
Assist with investment and data reporting
Manage vendor documentation to deliver accurate and timely client communications
Advise clients on compliance policies
Maintain thorough client records and documentation
Support client meetings by recording minutes, managing follow-ups, and presenting key data to clients and team members
Stay current on market products and provider updates
Engage with vendors to share insights that enhance our client service experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training
3-5 years retirement plan experience
Preferred
EPIC agency management system experience
MO Life & Health Producer's license
Securities License (Series 6, 63, 65 or an equivalent)
