Responsibilities
Own the top-of-funnel experience—from employer launch and eligibility through first session booking
Design and test new member enrollment pathways, combining behavioral design, incentives, and automation
Partner with Marketing to create personalized engagement campaigns that boost click-through and conversion
Collaborate with Client Success to optimize client-level activation rates and drive ROI transparency
Build and maintain growth dashboards and analytics, focusing on enrollment, conversion rate, and CAC efficiency
Drive cross-functional experimentation—establishing a test-and-learn culture across growth, product, and marketing teams
Mentor and support PMs and analysts focused on activation and funnel optimization
Qualification
Required
6+ years of product experience, with 3+ in growth, funnel optimization, or acquisition roles
Strong background in B2B2C models—especially employer-based health, benefits, or wellness
Deep experience driving top-of-funnel engagement—campaign optimization, landing pages, personalization
Data-driven mindset; skilled in A/B testing, segmentation, and experimentation tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Braze)
Empathetic toward healthcare consumers—able to translate behavioral insights into action
Highly cross-functional operator comfortable bridging Marketing, Product, and Data
