Handling closing and post-closing processes
Reviewing organizational documents, preparing signature page packets, and organizing closing indices and binders
Tracking ongoing checklists and working collaboratively to resolve any issues that arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of paralegal experience with a focus on corporate transactions
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to draft documents in a timely and accurate manner
Team player with a proactive work ethic who can represent the organization to outside parties
