Designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and testing customer contact pipelines within Amazon Connect

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions

Work closely with other team members such as data analysts, business analysts, and system architects

Required

2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering

Up to four years work experience designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and testing software and applications in the preferred languages and environments

Experience working in Agile Scrum and traditional Agile sprint work schedules

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions

Work closely with other team members such as data analysts, business analysts, and system architects

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
