This position plays a vital role in supporting our operations by providing on-site technical assistance and ensuring that equipment and systems are functioning efficiently within our various locations.

Responsibilities
Conduct on-site assessments and diagnostics of equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates and solutions
Adhere to safety standards and industry regulations at all times
Provide training and guidance to clients on equipment usage and maintenance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred
Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role in a technical support capacity
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
