ATI is a company renowned for its high-performance materials, and they are seeking a positive, focused, safety-minded Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to join their Specialty Rolled Products team in Brackenridge, PA. The E&I Supervisor will lead a team in maintaining critical production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal operation of electrical equipment and facilities to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Manage concurrent maintenance activities in order to effectively maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities on a 7-day/week, 24-hour basis

Lead crew by developing, educating, and guiding in proper maintenance and schedule daily shift work to complete preventive maintenance activities, prioritize break-in work according to established critical equipment list

Ensure all supervised employees meet annual safety training requirements, continuing education for licensing, and adhere to all government regulations as well as Company policies and procedures

Oversee PM of valves & monitoring systems

Oversee the monitoring and calibration of temperature monitoring systems, thermocouples, vacuum instruments, PH probes, and pressure gauges

Respond to breakdowns and make repairs to minimize downtime

Provide direction to hourly employees

Provide training on equipment to other employees

Proficiency with plant mechanical and electrical infrastructure

Develop and maintain record keeping for spare parts used for maintaining equipment

Maintain and update blueprints

Enter hourly schedules and reconcile payroll discrepancies

Engage in continuous improvement process to drive equipment reliability
