Responsibilities
Drive the product vision, product strategy and roadmap for Spotify’s AI Safety Platform
Partner with engineering, research and policy teams to build the systems that support evaluation, classification, and policy alignment for AI applications
Define and scale multimodal safety capabilities across audio, video, and conversational interfaces
Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand their needs and develop centralized guardrails for AI safety, while enabling flexibility for innovation
Build robust, data-driven feedback loops that continuously improve Spotify’s safety models and infrastructure
Translate highly technical capabilities into clear business value and roadmaps
Cultivate a culture of innovation and learning within your teams
Champion responsible AI practices across the company
Qualification
Required
Proven track record as a Platform PM, working on trust & safety systems
Hands-on experience working in AI safety, and understand how to translate AI safety principles into scalable, pragmatic systems
Thrive working with internal customers, balancing their needs with technical realities
Skilled, persuasive communicator, both in person and in writing
Comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives in ambiguous technical domains
Excel at system-level thinking, strategic prioritization, and fostering alignment
Energized by the opportunity to define how Spotify defines AI Safety
Located in (or willing to work within) Eastern Time Zone (ET)
