Sales Analyst

They are seeking a Sales Analyst who will provide direct support to the ADUSA Customer Team by analyzing sales data, trends, and performance to drive actionable insights and business growth.

Responsibilities

Proactively analyze account and market trends to provide actionable data to sales team to identify and realize all potential business opportunities
Analyze data from multiple sources to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning, and post-promotion analysis to measure effectiveness on a weekly and monthly basis
Present data in clear, concise and effective manner to all levels of account and sales team
Create and distribute sales reports to include: ad-hoc reporting, weekly sales and trends, market share, new launch performance, space productivity, account specific reports
Participate in the preparation of category reviews, along with customer and joint business planning presentations
Drive new approaches to analyzing business results and trends
Consistently provide all requested information in an accurate and timely manner Proactively scorecard and communicate DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing) principles

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years related analytical experience (elevated degrees count toward additional experience)
Knowledge, skill, and abilities required: Technical Skills, Analytical Skills, Decision Making Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI, IRI /Nielsen

Preferred

MBA a plus
5 years of related experience
Analytical experience in sales, category management, or retail
CPG experience
E4 experience
Gateway experience
