Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects
Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and manufacturing
Troubleshoot and debug electrical issues during development and testing phases
Ensure compliance with NEC, UL, and other relevant standards and codes
Support the development of technical documentation including BOMs, test requirements, and other processes
Participate in project kick-off and coordination meetings
Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, and commissioning
Identify cost reduction opportunities and support implementation of product changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2–4 years of experience in electrical engineering
Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software; AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor preferred
Strong knowledge NEC code
Applied knowledge of logic controllers
Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles and integration of AC and DC electrical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
Strong communication skills with ability to work efficiently, both independently and within a team
Preferred
4–8 years of experience in electrical system design or application
Experience in the ICT industry or data center infrastructure
Experience with PLM and ERP systems and BOM management
