They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join their Healthcare IT team in Minneapolis, MN, to provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and more.

Responsibilities

Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience

Experience with M&A transactions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial modeling and financial valuations

Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
