Responsibilities
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
Setting appointments for financial needs reviews with our in-office specialist
Growing revenue by successfully discovering clients needs for additional lines of insurance
Seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Qualification
Required
Must possess Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
Driven and goal-oriented individual
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Must excel at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
Confident self-starter with the ability manage time independently to maximize working hours effectively and achieve high quote volume
Effective written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
