Responsibilities

Developing and deploying solutions to manage and analyze complex system engineering data from many different sources

Defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE)

Providing subject matter expertise for concept development, architectural design, requirements generation & flowdown, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, integration, test and evaluation of world-class Surveillance Radar Systems

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience

2 years of experience with System Engineering Product Development Cycle or related product cycle

SysML or related modeling experience

An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance

Preferred

Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills

Experience with Gears Feature Based variation management tools

Experience with UML and SysML modeling tools

Experience with DOORS requirements and DXL scripting

Experience with Python, Java or Matlab

Radar architecture and/or algorithms

Self-starter with the ability to independently pursue information and solve problems

5 years of experience with Systems/Software Engineering Product Development Cycle or related product cycle
